Delicious, delicious, delicious! It was my first time there and I asked for recommendations, they were super helpful! The customer service was fantastic, warm, and very welcoming. The tamale was a first for me and I'm surprised at how flavorful it was! I'd 100% order again and try the beef next time. The guac was so luxurious and had a lemony kick to it. Sad at how little you get as I'd definitely buy a second guac for next time. Too many chip to guac ratio but the chips make for a fantastic way to eat the inside of the burrito and tamale so in the end it's a win regardless. The chips are addictive just a heads up. The burrito was VERY hefty and took me about 2/3 meals to fully consume along with the tamale. I felt like I could definitely knock someone off of a bike with the weight of that burrito. He definitely didn't cheap out on ingredients even when I wanted all of them! All together it was a great meal for the price and service. I was in and out in under 10 minutes so it made a lunch break feasible when you only had 30 minutes to spare. 11/10 would recommend, hopefully I'll be back in town with my boys to get them to try it soon!

Fast service. Got the beef tamale. Also Jamaica drink from hibiscus flower. Very refreshing. Came again and had veggie burrito and Jamaica drink. Fast service and reasonable prices

So hear me ou..my previous experience with tamales was honestly traumatizing. I had them at a place that specializes in them and didn’t like them at all. But Red Burrito restored my faith. With the tomato and sour sauce, plus cilantro, they tasted really nice and flavorful. The cheese quesadillas were okay, but a bit overpriced for what they are. Their guac, though, is so good and definitely worth it. Service was amazing too, smiley faces and genuinely kind treatment, which made the whole experience even better. Will be trying more things for sure!

Hands down the best Mexican infused dishes on the Drive! The hand made burritos are beyond tasteful, eyes closed when eaten your taken to Spanish feast of exotic delights! The food must be tried!!! My words could never illustrate the culinary opportunities awaiting your eyes, your mouth, your tongue your wallet. The restaurant itself is set in nostalgic Mediterranean sea side cafe with warm and bright decor, perfect ambiance for a night out. The view out the windows look into lots of sunshine and interesting sceneries, that occur on a very busy corner on Commercial Drive. This is a must visit must try restaurant if you are in the Vancouver area.

Love, love, love this place, from the corona bottle chandelier to the velvet Mexican sombreros on the wall! The portions are huge, and their guacamole is delish! There is something for everyone here, meat eaters, vegans, or gluten free! I've always had good service here too.
